Project Overview
A single level modern home with 16 foot ceilings, geothermal heat and a HERS rating of 43.
A custom single level home in Woodbridge, completed in 2023, with four bedrooms and three and a half baths across 3,591 square feet. The plan places two bedrooms on each side of the house, with the shared living spaces at the center, so everyone has their own space and still comes together in the middle.
Ceilings rise to 16 feet over an open plan, and walls of glass open onto a custom patio at the heart of the home. The chef’s kitchen has high end appliances and quartzite counters, and the dining room is wrapped in glass on two sides with a built in bar cabinet. Each bathroom has its own spa style finishes.
The house is as efficient as it is open. Geothermal heat and careful building science earned a HERS rating of 43, and the ceilings are shaped to bring in daylight and help regulate indoor temperatures. Professionally landscaped grounds, a front porch and a back patio finish the property.
