Our Story

Two Generations Building Distinctive Custom Homes in Connecticut

Since 2002, Vesica Design and Construction has built custom homes for a discerning clientele across Fairfield and New Haven counties. From design to execution, our goal is to bring your vision to life and exceed what you expected of it.

The best homes combine the comfort of the interior with the beauty of the land around them. Every property has its own character, and when a house is designed in harmony with it, the result is a calm place that feels at one with its surroundings.

Over more than twenty years we have built strong relationships with the region’s most respected engineers, craftspeople, trades and suppliers. That network is why our budgets are accurate, our schedules hold, and our details are done right.

The Name

The Meaning of Vesica

A vesica piscis is the shape formed where two equal circles overlap, each passing through the other’s center. Builders and architects have used it for centuries to set out arches, windows and proportions.

For us it stands for the overlap that makes a great house: your vision and our craft, the design and the build.
