Project Overview
A historic colonial rebuilt behind its original face.
The full restoration of a historic colonial in Shelton. We kept what gives the house its character: wide plank floors, fieldstone hearths and the stone foundation.
Behind that, we rebuilt the house for modern life, with a new kitchen, new baths and an open plan where it made sense.
Design and Construction Highlights
- Original wide plank floors restored
